Implementation times, costs and indicators for the Cagliari State Archives’ investment projects
Public administrations fulfil the publication obligations laid down in Article 9-bis of Legislative Decree 33/2013, as amended, by submitting the data, information or documents they hold to the administration responsible for the corresponding database and by publishing, on their institutional website in the Transparent Administration section, a hyperlink to the database containing the relevant data, information or documents. Administrations may continue to publish those data on their own websites, provided they are identical to the data submitted to the database.
The Cagliari State Archives fulfils its publication obligations through the Public Administrations Database (BDAP), established at the Ministry of Economy and Finance under Legislative Decree 229/2011, as a ‘basic user’ user of the MiC.
