The institutional scenario, in the archival context, represents the active background that determines the formation of documents and complex documentaries, as a consequence of the intersection between the historical context and the functions covered by public institutional subjects.
The course deepens the institutional forms with which the public authorities in the Italian field have managed the functions of their own competence, with the aim of seizing continuity and fractures in the delicate passage from the multifaceted reality of the pre-unitarian states to the new context represented by united Italy.
