Through the study of themes such as the sources of law and their hierarchy, the constitutional order, the organization and operation of public authorities and the relationship between the different types of subjects, public and private, national and Community, the course aims to give the tools for a normative orientation that gives students a functional framework to address the following targeted insights and working scenarios in the staff of public administration or in the private practice.
