The teaching of “Archivestical Theory” includes the general principles of archival discipline and is the fundamental basis for further insights guaranteed by other courses.
Through the study of conceptual features relating to the context of the different stages of life of the archive (current, deposit and historical), the teaching introduces the essential aspects of the phases of production of documents, as well as their management and conservation.
